Scottish Rite CathedralThe Scottish Rite Cathedral will be our venue for the Keystone Speaker Event October 27, 2022. It is in north Harrisburg just south of Italian Lake and next to the Zembo Mosque. We will be meeting in the main ballroom.

While the above picture shows the 3rd St entrance, we will be parking on their 4th St. parking lot and entering from the 4th St. side of the building. See directions below.

The parking lot is very well lit at night and there is handicap parking and ramp access.

Directions to Scottish Rite Cathedral

The address for the Scottish Rite Cathedral is 2701 N. 3rd Street, but we will be parking on the 4th Street side of the Scottish Rite Cathedral. (The parking on the 3rd Street side belongs to the Zembo Mosque)

If you are coming from I-81:

  • Take the Front Street Exit (Exit 66) to Downtown Harrisburg. Continue on Front Street for 1.5 miles.
  • Turn left on Division Street.
  • Turn right on 4th Street. In a few hundred yards, you will see a large parking lot on your right. (Pictured below) That is the Scottish Rite Cathedral Parking lot.

If you are coming from I-83:

  • Take Exit 43 for 2nd Street / Capitol
  • Continue on 2nd Street for 2.8 miles
  • Turn right on Wiconisco St.
  • Turn left on 4th St. The Scottish Rite Cathedral parking lot will be on your left.

If you are coming across the Market St Bridge or the Harvey Taylor Bridge

  • Continue to 2nd St and turn left onto 2nd St
  • Turn right on Wiconisco St.
  • Turn left on 4th St. The Scottish Rite Cathedral parking lot will be on your left.

The Foreign Policy Association is a non-profit organization founded nationally in 1918 and locally in in Harrisburg, PA in 1949. It is dedicated to inspiring the American public to learn more about the world and aims to spread global awareness and understanding of foreign policy issues.
