Overview:
Dr. Bitencourt is a Professor of International Security and a member of the William J. Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies. He is a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council as well as the Director of Brazil Institute at the Woodrow Wilson Institute. He has dedicated his life adult education in Brazil and the US.

There is no charge for anyone to attend the program presentation only, beginning at 7:30 PM.
