Registration is now open for our trip to the South African Embassy on Friday, May 22, 2026.
Our itinerary:
- Depart for Washington DC at 6:45 AM sharp. We ask that you be ready to board the bus no later than 6:30 AM.
- Visit the South African Embassy.
- Have lunch at The Clyde’s Piedmont Room.
- Speaker(s) TBD
- Depart for Mechanicsburg about 4:30 PM.
Important: We have a maximum of 80 people. You will not have a reservation until we receive your check. You will receive a confirmation email after we receive your check.
Price: $149 members, $159 non-members. Cost includes roundtrip bus transportation, lunch & all gratuities. Cash bar at the lunch restaurant.
Bus departs promptly at 6:45AM from the far end of the Ashley’s parking lot (5950 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg). Be ready to board at 6:30 AM.
