Embassy Trip to Washington DC – May 20, 2024

Registration is now open for our trip to the U.S. State Department and the Polish Embassy on Monday, May 20, 2024.

Our itinerary:

  • Depart for Washington DC 7:00 AM. We ask that you arrive at the location (see below) by 6:45 AM.
  • Visit the State Department at the Burns Auditorium of the National Museum of American Diplomacy
  • Have a Polish buffet at the Old Europe Restaurant (see menu below)
  • Visit the Polish Embassy for a briefing.
  • Depart for Mechanicsburg at about 4:30 PM.

To register you can either:

Important: We have a maximum of 80 people. You will not have a reservation until we receive your check.

Price: $115 members, $125 non-members. Cost includes roundtrip bus transportation, lunch & all gratuities. Cash bar at the lunch restaurant.

Bus departs promptly at 7:00 am from the far end of the Crunch Gym parking lot (5850 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg). Be there by 6:45 am.

The Foreign Policy Association is a non-profit organization founded nationally in 1918 and locally in in Harrisburg, PA in 1949. It is dedicated to inspiring the American public to learn more about the world and aims to spread global awareness and understanding of foreign policy issues. 

(Any contribution to the FPA is deductible to the fullest extent of the law under section 501 ( c) (3)of the IRS code.)
