Embassy Trip to Washington DC – May 23, 2025

Registration is now open for our trip to the Finnish and Estonian Embassies on Friday, May 23, 2025.

Our itinerary:

  • Depart for Washington DC at 7:00 AM sharp. We ask that you be ready to board the bus no later than 6:45 AM.
  • Visit the Finnish Embassy for a meeting with the Defense Attaché, the Head of the Political Section and possibly the Ambassador. 
  • Have lunch at Pikio Taco and watch the screening of the Joel Seidman documentary, “Putin’s Endgame: The Stakes Beyond Ukraine”.
  • Visit the Estonian Embassy for a meeting with the Ambassador, the Defense Attaché, and the Cyber/Digital Affairs Counsellor. 
  • Depart for Mechanicsburg about 4:30 PM.

Important: We have a maximum of 80 people. You will not have a reservation until we receive your check. You will receive a confirmation email after we receive your check. 

Price: $135 members, $145 non-members. Cost includes roundtrip bus transportation, lunch & all gratuities. There will be a cash bar at the lunch restaurant.

Bus departs promptly at 7:00 am from the far end (The end closer to the Metro Diner) of the Ollies Bargain Outlet parking lot at 5800 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg). Be ready to board the bus no later than 6:45 AM.

Reservations are first come, first served, based on when we receive your check. Deadline is May 16. Limit 80. If the trip is sold out, we will have a waiting list in case anyone cancels.
