Gabrielle Tarini is a graduate of Harvard, The Kennedy School and Boston College.  She is a policy analyst at the RAND Corporation. Her focus on security cooperation and reform, European security and the NATO alliance.

She was awarded the “Best Analysis of an Emerging Crisis” from the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
